Packnivo ships packaging products of all types, including food packaging, retail packaging, eco-friendly materials, shipping boxes, and more.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • United States: 2-6 business days 
  • Worldwide: 14-21 business days

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partners for delivery.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations beyond the seller's control).

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Packnivo is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


SHIPPING DELAYS

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, Paknivo is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Packnivo is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date)

  • Provide your order number and supporting photos if applicable

We’ll work with you to find a fair solution as quickly as possible.


SPLIT SHIPMENTS

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking updates.
